Diageo in partnership with British Council launched the “Young Women Social Entrepreneurship Development Programme” (YWSEDP) with the aim of imparting social entrepreneurship expertise and training to women in communities across India. The Programme commenced in 2013 and in the two phases of its implementation, through 29 organizations in 15 states, trained 59 Master Trainers and 4350 beneficiaries through 170 workshops.
TTC was the Organising Partner for the YWSEDP Impact Showcase Event held in Hyderabad on 6th March 2017. The event was a celebration of the programme’s efficacy and success and was attended by over 200 Women Entrepreneurs.
