Ms. Amy Fong is Chief Operating Officer at FountainVest which is one of the largest private equity funds dedicated to China. She has spent nearly two decades in financial services with institutions including JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch, working in the US and Asia. She is an expert on Child Rights related issues and the former Chief Executive of Save the Children.

Mr. Andrew Muirhead is the founder of Inspiring Scotland, a venture which was launched in January 2009 to develop innovative responses to major social challenges through the provision of money and skills. Following a successful career in banking, Mr Muirhead has been involved in the UK Philanthropic sector. He was appointed Chief Executive of Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland in 1997. Since 2014 he has been Executive Vice Chairman at AVPN. He is now the Founder Chair of Murihead Advisory working in the social investment sector.

Ms. Archana Tamang is the Gender and Social Inclusion Advisor, National Reconstruction Authority, Nepal. Ms. Astrid Prigel is widely recognized in Canada as the god mother of supplier diversity and inclusion. Astrid has had a distinguished career as a senior executive in Canada’s Foreign Service. For the past 20 years she has been a global thought leader in the area of gender, leadership, entrepreneurship and economic empowerment and is also the Former Executive Director of WEConnect International in Canada.

Ms. Beroz Gazdar is an advisor on sustainability to various organisations and was previously Senior Vice President Group Sustainability, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, driving the sustainability agenda the Manufacturing and Services segments. She was also the recipient of the CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) of the Year Award for 2014 by Sustainability Outlook.

As a Partner of Ernst & Young Global, based in London, Ms. Borbala Czako focuses on global and European regulatory issues and on promoting diversity and inclusiveness, both within Ernst & Young and across the wider business world. With a background in corporate finance, she has extensive experience in transaction advisory services from green field investments to privatizations, and mergers and acquisitions. From 2007- 2010, she was the Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary to the United Kingdom. Borbala Czako is President of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF), which was established in 1992 by H.R.H. the Prince of Wales, as a partner organization of The Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum.

Mr. Clifton Grover is CEO of the Kick into Life Foundation, which works with underprivileged children and youth using sport for holistic development and learning in Germany. Dr. Melinda McDonald is the Vice President of IBA International Development Consulting, in Bangkok, Thailand and Ottawa, Canada. She was the Deputy Regional Director with responsibility for Gender Equality on CIDA sponsored South East Asia Regional Human Rights and Rule of Law project called SEARCH. She is a partner in International Briefing Associates Inc., delivering high quality evaluations to development organizations, including AusAID, private sector and multilateral clients.

Dr. Philip Cook is the founder and Executive Director of the International Institute for Child Rights and Development (IICRD). He holds a Ph.D. in cross-cultural psychology from Queen’s University. He was a tenured Faculty at the University of Victoria and is currently an adjunct Faculty at Royal Roads University School of Leadership Studies and Doctorate in Social Sciences. Dr. Cook has worked in more than 30 countries and has supported UN Agencies, regional organizations, national governments, Indigenous peoples and various INGO and CBO’s, including youth lead organizations, in strengthening children’s rights.

Ms. Elisa Paloschi is the founder of Eyesfull, an independent documentary production company based in Toronto, Canada dedicated to making non-fiction films with social relevance. Few of her artwork include a documentary on South India’s first female taxi driver, named as ‘Driving with Selvi’. Prof. J. P. Sharma is a Professor of Law & Corporate Governance in the Department of Commerce and current Head- Department of Commerce. He is former Dean- Faculty of Commerce & Business at the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. In over 40 years of his academic career, he has held several academic and administrative positions. He has supervised 22 PhDs and 23 M.Phil dissertations. Ms. Jane Banks has worked in the not for profit sector for over 30 years. She was voted into the Top 50 most influential fundraiser poll, in the UK, for two years running, for her work specifically in relation to payroll giving policy whilst at the British Heart Foundation where she worked on the policy strategy for fundraising at the British Heart Foundation. Jane is currently an Executive Coach in the not for profit sector, which she combines with a role at the Science Council promoting professional registration for practicing scientists and science technicians. She is also an active member of the ASOS Foundation Board.

Mr. John Godfrey is the Philanthropy and Fundraising Consultant at John Godfrey & Associates. He coaches, mentors and trains non-profits to achieve success in fundraising. Mr. John Mcaffrey is a fundraising professional, presently working as a development consultant for clients such as the Vatican Museums, the Open University, Worth Abbey, Edinburgh College of Art and the Catholic Church in England and Wales. He has served as Global Development Director of the George Institute for Global Health, an international non-profit based in Sydney, Australia, with affiliate links to Oxford and Peking universities. During July 2012 – December 2013 he was Director of Fundraising for the Labour Party.

Mr. M.N. RAO is Chairman of MedRC Edutech Ltd, a young company at the leading edge of ICT based medical and healthcare education. Mr Rao’s work experience covers finance and general management functions in a very diverse set of businesses and in global corporations. His last two assignments were with Siemens India and with Tata Business Support Services as MD & CEO. He has also held advisory positions with the Christian Medical Association of India and with some public health initiatives funded by major aid agencies (including US AID and CDC).

Mr. Manmohan Malhoutra is a former Indian Diplomat and Assistant Secretary-General of the Commonwealth of Nations. He studied history at University of Delhi where he won a Rhodes scholarship to Oxford University. Mr. Malhoutra entered the Indian Administrative Service in 1961 and between 1966 and 1974, served the office of the Indian Prime Minister as a foreign policy and environmental issue advisor to Indira Gandhi. In 1975, he became Special Assistant to the Commonwealth Secretary-General and in 1977 the Director and Head of both the Secretary-General’s Office and the International Affairs Division.

Mr. Michael Miner has 27 years of experience in 102 countries and has led or been part of teams conducting evaluations of all types. He has designed monitoring and performance evaluation systems for CIDA, private and non-government development clients. He is currently based out of Bangkok, Thailand, where he served as Regional Director of SEARCH and IBA, a Southeast Asia regional human rights project.
