He has authored a book, ‘Study of KAP’, affected Gond Tribal’s of Madhya Pradesh and published papers on diversified topics such as, CSR, Inter-cultural Communication Competence, Informal Labour etc.

Mr. Amit Phull is directed towards the Development oriented sector supported by diversified Global Agencies, Government and Corporate Foundations, with over 19 years of experience in Financial Management, setting up new organisations, government structure, budgeting, compliances, financial reporting, procurement processes and systems.
Also, he has conducted various training workshops in his areas of expertise such as project appraisal, financial modelling, system designing (audit & accounting), taxation.
He was previously a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP (EY). Prior to which, he was an Associate Vice President at Grant Thornton.
Mr. Amit is a Chartered Accountant, ICAI, and has a Diploma in Financial Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
Mr. Rajiv Nagpal is Partner and Leader Research & Documentation. He specialises in strategic planning, policy development, project management, capacity building, social research, impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, and market landscaping. Rajiv has worked extensively in the development sector on education, child protection, community health, WASH and social protection.
In his career spanning over 25 years, Rajiv has worked with International and National NGOs, bilateral organizations, UN agencies, government departments, corporates, etc. to deliver sustainable solutions through stakeholder engagement and community participation. He is extremely rooted and carries a profound understanding of social development, which he has leveraged beautifully in the social sector consulting arena.
He has also managed finance & admin and IT related assignments at the senior level in the social development initiatives.
Prior to TTC, Rajiv worked with Plan International, Save the Children (India, Finland, and the UK) and Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, where he led Child Rights programs across multiple levels.

Ms.Komal Malhotra is Partner and Leader HR Advisory. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Consulting with a focus on the HR system development and has successfully led and executed recruitment assignments from middle to CXO levels across various functions for both multinational corporates as well as I-NGOs and has also conducted workshops on psychosocial issues. She has also conducted HR evaluations, HR Policy Benchmarking Surveys and specialises in Trainings on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.
Having worked for both Profit and Not-For-Profit organizations, she brings cross-learning between both sectors which helps in successfully executing recruitment assignments from the middle to senior levels across various functions. She has also led training as mandated by Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Mr. Devashish Banerji has over 22 years of experience in providing consulting services in addition to his experience of 12 years in the Automobile/Engineering Industry. His key areas of expertise have been the programme management of multi-stakeholder large projects, fund management, programme design and review, institutional assessment, strategic business planning and institutional development, capacity building and training.
As the Country Head in Crown Agents and Principal Consultant in PwC, he has managed multiple projects in the Government/Development Sector. He has been involved in projects, in the Health and Family Planning, Urban and Industrial Infrastructure and Social Development, funded by WB, ADB, DFID, USAID and UN agencies.
His responsibilities in all these projects include Stakeholder Relationship Management, Delivery Management and Quality Assurance. Over and above he has significant experience of leading teams comprising multi-disciplinary professionals internationally.
Prior to joining TTC, he has led many assignments and recently he completed the highly successful DFID funded Joint Donor Technical Assistance Fund (JDTAF) programme in MOHFW Bangladesh as the Team Leader.

Mr. Foyzul Bari Himel is the Resident Coordinator of Thinkthrough Consulting in Bangladesh and the Director of Thinkthrough Consulting Bangladesh, having more than 16 years of experience in strategy development, project management, impact evaluation and sustainability planning for government, development partners, UN agencies and private businesses. His areas of interest include systems thinking, market system development, supply chain development and blue ocean strategy. Apart from Bangladesh, Himel has experience in working in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Myanmar. Himel is leading the operation and expansion of TTC in Bangladesh.
Himel has been supporting the Government of Bangladesh in sustainability strategy development, sector-wide planning and capacity development of the relevant officials. Now, involved in supporting Bangladesh National Nutrition Council (BNNC), the highest multi sectoral coordination body in nutrition for Bangladesh, headed by the Prime Minister of the Government of Bangladesh. He helped the government in the 4th HPNSP 2017-22; Strategy for Public Private Partnership for Health, Population and Nutrition Sector; and incorporation of population and emerging planning dynamics into the planning process of Bangladesh Planning Commission.
He is an experienced Programme Manager who brings extensive understanding of Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) issues across a variety of market sectors. He has practical experience increasing visibility and agency of women and girls across markets. Himel has gained a unique understanding of the technicalities required to make a value chain work efficiently for WEE, a skill that he has applied to improve the inclusiveness of the sectors in which he worked as market specialist.

Mr. Shantanu Srivastava is an experienced business management professional with over twenty years of experience in business development, management consultancy, branding, strategic planning, project management, capacity building, entrepreneurship, & fundraising.
He has a strong track record of engagement and extensive domain expertise in telecom, financial services, Not-for-profits, waste management and, Greenfield solutions. He has been instrumental in providing breakthrough leadership to achieve corporate strategies, build a coalition to support business growth and implement and manage change to drive organizational performance.
Shantanu holds an MBA in Marketing Management, Post-Graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication and an Honours Diploma in Systems Management. He is an advisor to a number of domestic and overseas companies and is a visiting faculty at a couple of premier business schools.
Mr. Sanjay Ranbir Bali is Senior HR Advisor at TTC. He is a seasoned HR professional, with over 32+ years of multi-sectorial experience, including 10+ years as Senior VP & Head HR for South West Asia Regional HQ for Samsung Electronics.
His experience is diverse & varies across industries e.g. Eicher Motors, Matsushita Electric (Panasonic), Indian Hotels Co Ltd (Taj Group of Hotels) & Samsung Electronics.
Prior to TTC, he was working as Director & Group HR Head for RJ Corp, a 2 billion US$ turnover company with diversified biz interest in Beverages, QSR, frozen dairy & dairy Products. RJ Corp is globally one of the largest Pepsi bottling/sales & distribution Partner Company with franchise rights to operate Global brands QSR like Pizza Hut, KFC & Costa Coffee in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Africa.
During his decade long career in Samsung, he established 2 state of the art Global R&D centres in Noida & a manufacturing facility in Chennai including establishing the Sales Companies in Bangladesh, Nepal & Sri-Lanka.
He also managed the seamless transition of the Samsung Sales Company from less than 1 billion US$ to approx. 8 Billion US$ Sales turnover by restructuring of Consumer Electronics biz, setting up the Mobile biz, Network Biz & Enterprise Sales Divisions in India. In 2009 under his leadership, the South West Asia Regional HQ HR team was awarded the coveted “Samsung Global Best HR Award”.

Through his work, Gaurav has enabled UN agencies, international financial intuitions and corporate foundations in realizing the objectives of their program operations. His works ranges from supporting micro-pilots to structuring and assessing the institution’s long term strategy and country partnership frameworks.
Having worked across more than 20 countries, covering conflict affected areas, he has delivered on sensitive engagements centered on aspects such as violence against women in South Asia, Middle East & North Africa and South East Asia, human trafficking in India, women’s economic empowerment in Afghanistan, HIV/AIDS in Bangladesh and India, multiple vulnerable groups in Bhutan, child rights in Cambodia and adolescent health in India.
